Floor 28 - Sam Dylan, Penny & Narcopollo

The goal is to avoid pulling all three bosses at the same time, otherwise the floor may take longer than expected.
Step 1:
Pull Sam Dylan without getting close. Use the sprite pet def hat proc to pull him, then bring him as close to the entrance as possible so you do not pull the other monsters.
Then kill Sam Dylan.
Sam Dylan can regenerate 1% of his HP per second for 15 seconds
Step 2:
Pull Penny and use the same method as in step 1. Do not get close, use the sprite pet def hat proc to pull her, then bring her as close to the entrance as possible so you do not pull the other monsters.
Then kill Penny.
Penny can inflict a debuff that reduces your HP by 1% per second for 10 seconds.
Step 3:
Only Narcopollo remains, kill him.
Narcopollo can summon dolls.
These dolls can inflict a -10% debuff, stackable up to 10 times.
These dolls can inflict a -10% debuff, stackable up to 10 times.
