Climb the stairs.
On floors 21+, there is a trap on the stairs that lead straight to the boss.
Recommendation: make sure you have 300% movement speed, otherwise you may die from the very first hit.

You are now facing Oru.
Player 1: must aggro Oru and pull him to the back of the map. Player 2: must aggro the other monsters and kite them around the middle of the map.
This is essential; otherwise, when monsters hit other players, they will apply debuffs (notably a reflect if players are using AOE nearby).
Step 3 — Kill Oru
Kill Oru.
Warning: Oru deals heavy AoE magic damage.
