After completing the 3 questions, Saff stands in the room and gives a speech.
Then Saff appears, with a sprite nearby.

Method 1:

Just kill the sprite, then kill Saff right after. Most people have a character optimized for damage and regeneration.

Method 2:

For non-optimized players, you must first kill the sprite quickly, then have 2 players with the level 85 yellow or orange sword.
It poisons Saff, which prevents him from dealing heavy damage. The rest of the players can then DPS the boss safely.
