You give Raum a detailed account of the chain of events, including how you overcame the Beastmen in the cemetery.

"Great! "Perhaps you're the one we've been looking for! The prophesied savior of the Myriglia tribe!" Raum can hardly contain his excitement.

You aren't quite sure about being a savior. You try to find out more from Raum.

"Rather than try to explain our military affairs, I'll let Thorkin, a good friend of mine, fill you in! Go and see him, and take this letter with you."

"And don't be put off by his eccentric manner, he's a gifted scholar of the Classics." Raum seems very proud.

Following Raum's instructions, you arrive at a place full of ancient manuscripts, and see a scholar buried in work.

"Hmm...I think this arrangement needs a whole new interpretation!" Thorkin thinks aloud while looking at the book before him.

Thorkin becomes aware of your presence and casts a suspicious eye over you.

"Who are you? When did Schneider get so complacent?" Allowing foreigners to get in. This'll be the end of us! What do you want?"

You hand Raum's letter to him.

"Ah...so Raum has asked you to come and help..." Thorkin takes out a yellow scroll.

"This is what the prophecy says..."
